Sourcing is listed on its own, beside recruiting and staffing. It is the work of opening a channel, reading a profile against the brief, and keeping a record of why a name moved forward.
The firm’s public about-line says the desk is intentionally inclusive: equal and fair chances to do the work. The sourcing note is where that line has to show up, in who gets read.
